A slight correction.  The "j" and "#" keys DO work in dvdnav, if I
specify aid and sid first.

mplayer  dvdnav://10 -dvd-device /dev/scd0 -aid 129 -sid 1
will play the DVD, and allow me to change the audio and subtitles with
te keys, but won't give me the scene selection menu.  That's
dvdnav://1 and the mouse doesn't work.
