[MPlayer-users] Codec Request - Sony DVF (MSV/LPEC)

Hi,

My Sony voice recorder saves .DVF (digital voice files), which seem to
have more or less the same format with
http://roundup.mplayerhq.hu/roundup/ffmpeg/issue164 -- MSV/LPEC.

Sony's installable is advertised as a plug-in for WMplayer. Not sure
if this is a directshow filter, but other apps are able to deal with
it (Switch does it perfectly, and Goldwave but with heavy distortion).

I didn't manage to get far trying to import the codec(s), first
because i have no clue about the fourcc, second because there's so
many of them, and i can't tell which one is used to actually decode
the file.

I've uploaded the stuff to incoming in MSV_LPEC/sony_msv_lpec.tgz
(sorry for double upload, had to tar it -- i think the server
disconnected me because of too many files).

It contains a .txt with what i could dig out of the registry, a
test.DVF, the .ax files and i also threw in the .dlls (not sure
they're of any help).
