[MPlayer-users] MPlayer 1.0rc2 does not play DVD

Hi there,

i've built the latest MPlayer with

/configure --prefix=/opt/mplayer --enable-gui --codecsdir=/usr/lib/win32 --disable-real --win32codecsdir=/usr/lib/win32

I'm using openSUSE 10.3 and have libdvdcss 1.2.9 installed system wide, 
libdvdread and libdvdnav are also installed systemwide. I let MPlayer 
configure chose what versions to use.

When I want to see a DVD (encrypted) with the following command:

mplayer dvd://1 -dvd-device /dev/sr0 -vo xv -ao alsa -alang de

a short black window appears and the MPlayer shuts down. What am I doing 
wrong? Below is the output. I have access to /dev/sr0.
