[MPlayer-users] Problems with AVC / h.264 HD EVO files

mplayer is working great with HD-DVD EVO that use the vc-1 codec (thanks 
to all!), but the two AVC / h.264 one's I've tried haven't worked well 
(Blacksnake Moan & Norbit, both of which are reported to be AVC on the web)

It seems that even with the -psprobe 5000000  mplayer is detecting 
mpeg-2 / fourcc 0x3267706D and apparently refusing to use -vc ffh264 or 
vssh264

A post from January suggested using -psvformat 0x10000005, but 
"psvformat" does not seem to be in the source code at all.
