Hi again guys, it's been more than a couple of days since I reported
this problem to this mailing list. No one seems to respond or pay
attention. May I know the answer why this problem is happening? Any
developments or fixes?

This night I'll try to check out again and install the latest SVN
version of MPlayer, and then I'll test if the problem's been fixed. I
just want the asx stream dumping capability back (actually, I'm only
experiencing this problem when I dump the stream from this asx file I
uploaded to Rapidshare a few days ago, see the link above. For the
rest of my asx files, the latest SVN versions of MPlayer work
properly.). I can't dump the stream like I used to do with MPlayer 1.0
RC1.

The latest SVN versions of MPlayer are important to me because they
have the "-lavfdopts cryptokey" support. But -dumpstream seems broken
for some asx files. Sorry guys if I sound a bit rude today, I
apologize.
