as I wrote other times, and as the svn version of stream_dvd.c warns,
the cache forks mplayer, thus all data in the stream layer isn't
shared with the demuxer => when playing dvd streams
-cache and -ss _c_a_n_t____w_o_r_k___t_o_g_e_t_h_e_r
(maybe on win32 that use threads instead of processes seeking
will still work, but it's a corner case)
