Issues "Solved"!
I Downloaded the:
Mplayer Build Environment - gcc 4.2.1 
<http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/mplayer-win32/MinGW-full-gcc-4.2.1.7z?download> 

and compiled it there and it works properly!
