[MPlayer-users] video recording from xvideo

Hello,
I can watch a videotape with xawtv through xvideo port. So I know this 
port is working fine.
Is it possible to record this video with mencoder?
I cannot find any information about xvideo (in) on mplayer/mencoder docs.
