I should think so. I have a slightly overclocked Newcastle 3400+, and it
can play all the Apple h.264 trailers I've found. Your 5200+ should be
faster even at single-threaded decoding.

As for the file in question (if it is indeed the same one), I can play
it with 50-70% CPU usage.
