[MPlayer-users] mencoder not doing the business

When I play 'Mplayer for windows' (gmplayer 0.0.9.0) on it then the sound is 
there but there is no video playback at all - Black screen.

MPC and virtualdub plays it fine.


Mplayer opens a window the right size but it loops repeatingly the first one 
second of sound and shows no video picture.

I get this output:
