[MPlayer-users] vobsub and colors

I'd have to look into it, but if there's a way to extract the subtitles 
from the vob as png files, you could run covert file.png -fill white 
-opaque \#xxxxxx file.png to replace the occurence of color #xxxxxx with 
white, and covert it back to a vobsub (if it is possible).

This is what I do when ripping a DVD and reencoding it (and e.g. 
removing the HoH-Subtitles or creating altogether new ones).

I use spuunmux and spumux from the dvdauthor package, but I'm less than 
confident they will work with vobsubs. But some others on this list my 
know better... :)
