[MPlayer-users] Option xvfwopts: Unknown suboption compdata?

also tried under Ubuntu with MEncoder 2:0.99+1.0pre8-0ubuntu8 (C) 
2000-2006 MPlayer Team

mencoder -ovc vfw -xvfwopts codec=vp6vfw.dll:compdata=onepass.mcf -oac 
mp3lame -lameopts cbr:br=64 -af lavcresample=22050 -vf 
yadif,scale=320:240,flip -of lavf -lavfopts 
i_certify_that_my_video_stream_does_not_use_b_frames 
/var/www/mysite/video/test01234.avi -o test01234.flv

this gives:
Option xvfwopts: Unknown suboption compdata
Error parsing option on the command line: -xvfwopts

Exiting... (error parsing command line)

also I am not sure where to put the onepass.mcf file -- in the same 
directory as the input .avi file? what is the path where mencoder looks 
for onepass.mcf ?

any help?
