Hi,

I've following problem: when I try to play some streamed videos, I receive an error message about missing avisynth.dll:

MPlayer 1.0rc1-3.4.6 (C) 2000-2006 MPlayer Team
CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) XP 3000+ (Family: 6, Model: 10, Stepping: 0)
CPUflags: MMX: 1 MMX2: 1 3DNow: 1 3DNow2: 1 SSE: 1 SSE2: 0
Compiled for x86 CPU with extensions: MMX MMX2 3DNow 3DNowEx SSE
/usr/X11R6/lib/fonts/TTF/Arial.TTF doesn't look like a bitmap font description, ignoring.
Cannot load bitmap font: /usr/X11R6/lib/fonts/TTF/Arial.TTF

Playing 26169.
Win32 LoadLibrary failed to load: avisynth.dll, /usr/local/lib/codecs/avisynth.dll, /usr/lib/win32/avisynth.dll, /usr/local/lib/win32/avisynth.dll

I've visited the page http://avisynth.org but I was not able to compile it's sources and when I just used the avisynth.dll from *.exe package, it didn't help.

So please, how do I install avisynth support for Mplayer in Linux?

roger
