[MPlayer-users] multiple subtitles support

Merging the two subtitle files seems like the correct way to do it.
Showing two separate subtitles at once would cause bad placement.

I used to subtitles to study other language.

Make sure the audio of the show is in the language you want to learn,
and the subtitles are in a language you already know. Turn off the
subtitles until you get to a part  you can't figure out, then turn
them back on.

I suppose sometimes its useful to have the subtitles also be in the
language you are learning, in the case of listening practice. But
doing listening practice at the same time as learning new words is
pretty tough....
