not a bug, but I'm observing a slow seeking issue with the Matroska
demuxer under a specific condition that does not happen with other
demuxers.

seeks within a file are very fast, but when a seeking from well within
the file to a position past the end of the file a lengthy pause
results.  the slower the media, the longer the pause (eg. SMB connection
over a local network; here on this LAN I'm seeing the freeze lasting
more than a minute with the mplayer window frozen before it exits).

I don't know what the Matroska demuxer is doing differently from the other
demuxers, but it could be falling back to reading through the stream
from the current position after the seek fails instead of realizing the
seek is past the end and just exiting.
