[MPlayer-users] lavdopts lowres crash

this may be a ffmpeg bug and not an mplayer one.  if it looks to be, I
can post it to their list if desired.

when executing mplayer with libavcodec lowres decoding enabled (eg -lavdopts 
lowres=1) on flv files using the ffvp6f codec, mplayer will crash 
immediately.
