Huh? I thought kde applications don't work on windows yet..
looks like there is another "kmplayer" player for windows, dunno if it's
mplayer-based..

anyway if -fps 25 bothers you, there are other methods of getting this
file in sync. Try -mc 0.1 (or 1, or 10 for the matter), it works for me.
