What happens with something like '-mc 1'?

For me, that appears to keep the sync to between about +-0.3 seconds, 
but I can't tell if that really sounds ok since I'm only SSH-ed in.

Also, the VC-1 decoder is much faster in 64-bit, at least with this file 
on my Athlon 64 (Newcastle at 2.5 GHz).
