I've download widows essential frome the web site newly today.
They are all in the subdirectory "codecs" of mplayer.
I've installed real alternative and "sipr3260.dll" is newer: 10.0.0.3080 
instead of 6.0.7.3922.
(Real alternative site with the updated dll:

So I can play the file in that program but I still can't convert it with 
mencoder...
