[MPlayer-users] libdvdread: Can't open file VIDEO_TS.IFO. Can't open VMG info!

Hi !
I am trying to play custom made DVD (which works under win and standalone 
dvd-player) but I am facing problem:

libdvdread: Can't open file VIDEO_TS.IFO.
Can't open VMG info!

I have read topic
http://www.itdp.de/mplayer-users/2005-03/msg00640.html

but got no conclusions
I am not sure if I should report it to libdvd* team ?

Any hints,
