[MPlayer-users] Convert file from -dumpstream to .mp3

I was in a hurry.  I had a number of streaming files that I wanted to capture. 
So, I used -dumpstream -dunpfile.

I can play yhe files with mplayer, but would like to convert them to mp3 format.

I have looked through a lot of the man pages, but am uncertain if what I want to
do is possible.

If this is possible, can somebody tell me how to do this??
