Here it is;

http://www.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/releases/codecs/all-20061022.tar.bz2

Install them into /usr/lib/codecs directory.

And, you can get svn for the 1st time;

  svn checkout svn://svn.mplayerhq.hu/mplayer/trunk/

Once you get svn. do

 # cd trunk
 #trunk> svn up
