Hello,

It's so great!

I can play realaudio/video contents under my x86_64 system!

1, I installed codecs included in the below files into the /usr/lib/codecs
directory;

   1. essential-amd64-20061203.tar.bz2
   2. mplayer-codecs-extra-20061022-1.x86_64.rpm

2. I executed;

  # ln -s sipr.so sipr.so.6.0

3. Then I compiled;

  MPlayer dev-SVN-r21847-4.0.2

4. I tried to play realvideo file. Surprised! I could see it!
   How great it is!

Many thanks, developers!

Then I tried to play realvideo file on the web via mplayerplug-in , but I
couldn't.
It produces the file "mplayoOpNR8" in /tmp directory.

The content of "mplayoOpNR8" is;

  rtsp://218.219.195.109/gib/0504/5057.smi

I think this lacks CR, isn't this?

Anyway, I tried;

  # mplayer rtsp://218.219.195.109/gib/0504/5057.smi

then I got the below messag;

mplayer: could not connect to socket
mplayer: Connection refused
Failed to open LIRC

Uhm.....

Regards.
