mplayer rtsp://vcr.vidkonf.niif.hu/rec_video1000_12__4_Megaconference -fps 30000/1001

Plays here, there are some issues but they might be related to bandwidth
issues.
-dumpvideo creates a file where even the right fps is auto-detected...
Without -fps I get a perfectly playing audio-only file.
In your mms log you got the wrong URL I think:
mms://vcr.vidkonf.niif.hu/asf_rec_video384_22__4_Megaconference

Codec formats are unknown though:
Cannot find codec matching selected -vo and video format 0x56444F43.
Cannot find codec for audio format 0xA124.
