Thanks, that helped, now it starts in about 10 to 15 seconds instead.
It now stalls out at the line below

VIDEO H264(pid=68) NO AUDIO!  NO SUBS (yet)!  PROGRAM N. 1

whereas it would stall out before that for 15 seconds.

Anything else i can try?
