[MPlayer-users] can't select DVD titles with mencoder

Hummm... 4:3... black bars... ¿Are you sure it is a standard DVD?

You say in your message you are seeing a directory (DVD_RTAV) with 3
files (VR_MANGR.BUP, VR_MANGR.IFO, VR_MANGR.VRO) ... Checking goole I
see it may be a dvd-ram recorded with a dvd recorder... I think it
must be converted to "semi-standard" dvd by the recorder in order to
be played in a regular DVD player.
