(possibly with -cache 100000)
If that works, it's the plug-ins problem and you should report it on
their mailing list (it probably is, so I CC'ed the plug-ins developer).
If it doesn't, please upgrade your mplayer to current svn. Please note
that you have to do that anyway to report problems with mplayer.
