Patches go to mplayer-dev-eng, yes. Before submitting it, read
DOCS/tech/patches.txt and be sure that you follow the rules there.
(Notably: patches should be made with 'svn diff' from the root of the
source tree, not against a separate local copy from one directory above
the root.)
