[MPlayer-users] Problems with the at command

Greetings,

I use MPlayer with Linux Debian Unstable. It works fine when playing 
.wav files when I do mplayer <filename>.

However, when I try to make it work at some future time doing

 	at <time>
 	mplayer <filename>
 	ctrl-d

there is no sound, but the mail that's sent to me ends with

"A:  0.0 (00.0) of 208.0 (03:28.0) ??,?%" and then exiting. If I use aplay 
instead of mplayer, it works ok.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
