Actually, sorry, I was in a hurry and got myself mixed up. That's
completely wrong. What I meant to say was:
- using 2-pass encoding will increase quality much more than messing
with b-frame strategies
- the b-frame strategies select the frame types on the first pass, and
the second pass uses the selections already made, so vb_strategy is
ignored when vpass=2
