Just on phrasing it sounds good to me (I can find problems with it if I
try, but then I can do that with almost anything), but the problem is
that there are two different options which it would apply to, and they
are not immediately adjacent to one another - though they are very
close, which means that simply repeating the paragraph wuld appear
repetitive at best. Where would this text be put?
