[MPlayer-users] playing external audio

Hello,


I try play video with an external audio file.
This audio file is shorter as video.

I use folowing command: 
mplayer video.mp4 -audiofile audio.wav


I have recognized that last second of audio repeatedly play
until the end of video...

Why? Is it a bug?
Or is it impossible to play audio files
with videos that have different time length?
