Here I must confess I sinned and trashed my old 400MHz PC (even faster
than 366, but still not really capable of playing DVDs without
-framedrop) in favour of a X2 3800 :)
Ok, I could compile it (despite my fears of not being able to do so -
which I now recall have to do with xvid and x264, something I'll
investigate later), it took me 4 minutes, with "time make -j" (4:06
real, 2:46 user), but still no avail. Same error. Oh, and version is
MPlayer dev-SVN-r19918
