[MPlayer-users] [BUG] wmv with MBR playing at the lowest bitrate

hi,

just to report that wmv9 files with MBR are being reproduced using the 
lowest bitrate avaliable in the file.

example:

myvideo.wmv MBR file with 75 kbps,300kbps and 700 kbps is being reproduced 
using the 75kbps bitrate ignoring the best bit rate avaliable 700kbps.

tested pre6 and pre8 windows builds in winxp sp2,p4 3.03,1gig ram
