[MPlayer-users] Documentation for Windows users: suggested improvements

Hello,

here are a couple minor nitpicks regarding the documentation for users running mplayer on Windows:

* the README.txt in http://www.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/releases/codecs/windows-essential-20060611.zip is mainly directed at Windows users and should therefore mention where to put the codecs on a standard Windows installation of mplayer.

* The main documentation http://www.mplayerhq.hu/DOCS/HTML/en/index.html, in the section about keyboard control (probably a major reason people consult the docs), simply refers the reader to the man page without a link; at least a link would be nice here since Windows users usually don't install man pages.

* The codec section 7.1 of the main documentation refers the user to http://www.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/releases/codecs/ for downloading codecs. This directory has no README, and it is unclear which file contains what. In particular, the differences between the win32codecs, windows-all and windows-essential packages is not explained anywhere as far as I can see.

* STEP1 of http://www.mplayerhq.hu/DOCS/README should mention where to get the binary codecs. Also, the sentence "Support for Windows Media formats except WMV9 exists but still has some bugs, your mileage may vary." is unclear; it should clearly say that WMV9 is supported by binary codecs only, while the other Windows Media formats have some native support.

All this is of course meant in the friendly spirit of E.4.

Cheers,
  Axel
