[MPlayer-users] Bug report for mplayer

I'm from Taiwan, using the mplayer 1.0pre8 at (Trad.Chinese)Windows XP SP2
Home Edition.
and my PC specification is:
Intel PentiumIII 933MHz
Leadtek A180DDR - nVIDIA GeForce4 MX440 with AGP8X

The player is pretty well when I'm loading the "Tradtional Chinese"
filename.
but when I'm loading the "Simplified Chinese" filename,
mplayer said "Filename not found".

the bug is it.
