None of the title bars show the file name at all... Do you mean the
place where the Gui displays the filename of the currently playing
file?? In this case part of the problem might be the skin, or more
specifically the font it uses, it might not contain theose characters.
I addition the Gui is mostely unmaintained, I doubt it will get UTF-8
support before the rest of MPlayer is fixed in that regard.
