Nope:

wanderer at pegasus:~$ which avisplit
/usr/local/bin/avisplit

 From a quick 'locate avisplit', I think I got it from transcode.

It's imprecise, if you want to match exact filesize marks, but it should
suffice if you have a certain amount of wiggle room as to exactly where
you end your segments.
