AV sync problem with videos from youtube

for example:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_waHdRI2Yfk

(the same video, was played fine with vlc)

My mplayer version and compilation flag:

MY_UNPACK MPlayer-1.0rc1.tar.bz2
svn co svn://svn.videolan.org/x264/trunk x264
BEFORE
( cd x264 ; ./configure && make && make install )
AFTER x264-mplayer
./configure --prefix=/usr --confdir=/etc/mplayer \
--enable-largefiles
--with-codecsdir=/usr/lib/mplayer/codecs \
--enable-gui --enable-menu
--with-extralibdir=/usr/local/lib
