These are contradictory; MPlayer 1.0rc1 was released on 10-22-2006, and
the code in Subversion has certainly changed since that date. It is
possible that some packagers are labelling post-release SVN snapshots
with the release version number plus snapshot date, but what third-party
packagers do is not our concern. Which version are you in fact using?

Unless there's something *very* wrong, it does: it tells you where to
look to find information on how to submit a useful bug report about a
crash. Please follow those instructions.
