It means that decoding and displaying needs (187 + 239)% = 426% of the
time that would allow realtime playback.
IOW: your PC is just fast enough to play it at a bit less than 1/4 of
realtime speed.
IOW2: you need a 426% as fast a PC as you currently have (well, if you
ignore that of course there are a lot of options that can make H264
decoding faster, and your vo definitly is unsuitable for HDTV
resolutions).
