Reimar,
Am using CVS:   dev-CVS-060519-10:18-4.0.2    (cvs cannot connect to 
mplayerhq.hu now)

To reproduce: (recapping)
Set xinerama with second screen bigger than first.
Start mplayer, drag window to second screen, press 'f' for fullscreen.
You should now see black bars on the right and bottom, as mplayer
is using the size of the first screen.
