It's not even a high traffic list :)

You have two options. Either sort all mails from -users to a seperate
folder (see the manual of your mail client how to do that or use
procmail or some similar program). 

Or you can set yourself the "nomail" option in the mailman
settings of your subscription. Then you will not receive any
further mail from -users, but are still able to send mails to the list.
