If you don't flame in private, then why do you flame here? Why do it  
in an environment where other people (who otherwise don't care) are  
subjected to it? If I were to check my mail over a slow connection,  
or a metered connection, I'd feel rather unhappy to be forced to  
wait, or pay, to download the flames that I would otherwise ignore.
