[MPlayer-users] recorded H.264-HD not playing

I'm not able to play this stream with mplayer:

Interestingly, I could play it in Windows with MPC (Media Player Classic) 
using the ffdshow MPEG-4 Decoder.

The file contains no header data, only raw H.264 video and DD 5.1 audio muxed 
in a TS. vpid is 0x1ff, apid 0x203.
