With a constant quality encode I get a file thats 200meg less than my
mpeg2 encode and won't playback smoothly. next I want to try a
constant q encode to see how that turns out.

Also, with Xvid, I can set a negative bitrate for two-pass mode that
will have mencoder make the output file size the value I set, this
doesn't seem to work with x264. So, how do I run a 2pass x264 encode
that will finalize on a filesize I specify?
