Well, I doubt the file *actually* had "fps=1000.000" in it. It  
doesn't make sense that a variable framerate format would report  
that. I think that's just MPlayer's way of parsing the data. But,  
yes, it does mean that WMV has variable frame rate.

Yeah, but it's Microsoft, go figure. As if they'd ever make something
