The Media tab in Firefox's Page Info window is fairly good. Just look
for type "Embed", that's usually the thing you want, be it audio or
video stuff.

Of course, if you want something your girlfriend can manage, then install
mplayer-plugin. It works for that site, at least, although the program
stops if the plugin area in Firefox is covered by another window... Maybe
that's a feature?
