Again, this isn't enough. We need the output of your full command line with
-v. Also, if this is an unsupported package, please rebuild
mplayer/mencoder from the source and retry. In particular, build it with
internal libmpdvdkit2 library (default setting) instead of the system
libdvdread/libdvdcss. My guess, however, is that there's some screwy copy
protection on that DVD, so check region settings and check if it plays in
any other players, like xine/vlc.
