[MPlayer-users] No Video when converting WMV9 to FLV

Hello,
I need a tool to convert WMV 9.1 Files into FLV files by commandline 
under Windows.
I use the mencoder.exe with this commandline-options:

mencoder.exe -o test.flv -oac mp3lame -ovc lavc -of lavf -lavfopts
i_certify_that_my_video_stream_does_not_use_b_frames 
-lavfopts format=flv -v test.wmv

As a result, the encoder creates an FLV file that contains only the 
Audio-Streamof the WMV File.
While Processing the following message occurs several times:

42 duplicate frame(s)!
Pos:42.3s 101f (10%)  41fps Trem:   0min 168mb  A-V:-0.004 [118:153] A/Vms
ds_fill_buffer: EOF reached (stream: audio)
ds_fill_buffer: EOF reached (stream: video)

Any Help?
